Upon entry to the property three double bedrooms are found on the ground floor (2 x kingsize, 1 x twin room), and 2 bathrooms.

To the first floor a further bedroom (1 x double) and a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is perfect for socialising and enjoying your holiday.

A private enclosed garden with [optional] luxury hot tub* and summer house is found to the front of Pipistrelle, together with sizeable patio for outdoor dining.

*The hot tub is available upon request and is charged extra upon arrival. The cost for the hot tub is £200 for a 3 night stay, £235 for a 4 night stay and £270 for a 5-7 night stay.

Guests wishing to book the hot tub need to make this known at the time of booking or prior to arrival (with as much notice as possible but at least 48 hours in advance) as late requests cannot always be guaranteed. The hot tub is professionally cleaned, sanitised and refiilled between bookings and so hire depends on the availability of the hot tub company to provide this service.
