Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a roll top bath and over bath shower.

The property has a private enclosed courtyard garden with [optional] luxury hot tub

Guests wishing to book the hot tub need to make this known at the time of booking or prior to arrival (with as much notice as possible but at least 48 hours in advance) as late requests cannot always be guaranteed. The hot tub is professionally cleaned, sanitised and refiilled between bookings and so hire depends on the availability of the hot tub company to provide this service. The hot tub is charged extra upon arrival and arrangements can be made to pay the hot tub company direct.

Outside there is allocated private parking for two vehicles.
