This 3 bed cottage, sleeping 6 In 3 bedrooms with a sofa bed in the main bedroom, has been beautifully furnished to create a boutique and homely feel. Free wifi available and all bedrooms come with smart TV’s in all rooms.

Located minutes from Lanhydrock House & gardens (National Trust) and the breathtaking Luxylan Valley, it is a haven for walkers and cyclists . The nearest beach is also only 15 mins away.The cottage is spacious and with a luxurious and individual feel to it. A generous outdoor space front and rear where guests can relax. The patio dining area with barbecue sits opposite the hot tub and offers guests a place to soak up the sun and stars!

Hire of the hot tub is optional and guests wishing to book it need to make this known at the time of booking or prior to arrival (with as much notice as possible but at least 48 hours in advance) as late requests cannot always be guaranteed. The hot tub is professionally cleaned, sanitised and refilled between bookings and so hire depends on the availability of the hot tub company to provide this service. The hot tub is charged extra upon arrival and arrangements can be made to pay the hot tub company direct.

Outside there is allocated private parking for two vehicles.

The small summerhouse at the front offers guests a retreat to either read a book (or maybe take themselves away with their laptop!) or even to just enjoy a coffee or relax/meditate on their own.
