Please note: We want you to feel at home while you're here, but please remember this is our home too. Please treat it as you would if you were visiting the home of a friend. If you're staying in the winter months, please DO NOT use the wood-burning fireplace if you are not familiar with this type of fireplace or if you will be consuming alcohol. Our #1 priority is the safety of all our guests and neighbors. We do not provide matches, kindling, or firewood. You are responsible for any irreparable property damage or loss. If excessive cleaning is needed, you will be charged an extra fee to compensate our housekeeping staff. We are not responsible for any accidents, theft, damage, or injuries outside the condo, including the balcony. This includes any vehicle or personal damage from bears or other wildlife, inclement weather, etc. No refunds beyond the current cancellation policy for inclement weather, sickness, or anything beyond our control.
