ABOUT THIS SPACE
A romantic, design-forward loft perched above Old Colorado City with Pikes Peak views, mature trees, wall-to-wall glass, and a private 38-ft deck that feels like your own elevated hideaway.
This is not a beige rental with a mattress. It is a private treehouse-style retreat built for couples, celebrations, slow mornings, golden-hour drinks, long baths, private dinners, and weekends that feel intentional.
Walk to coffee, restaurants, shops, galleries, and local bars — then come home to mountain views, warm lighting, and a space that feels completely removed from ordinary.
THE SPACE
The loft was designed for two adults who want the stay itself to be part of the experience.
Inside, you’ll find a warm modern living space with wall-to-wall glass, an electric fireplace, two oversized TVs, board games, fast WiFi, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow onto the private deck.
The kitchen is built for real use, not just leftovers. You’ll have a chef-style kitchen with generous prep space, custom cabinetry, live-edge details, a beverage bar, cocktail-friendly setup, and everything needed for slow coffee, dinner in, or a private chef-style evening.
The bedroom suite is intimate, polished, and intentionally romantic, with layered textures, soft lighting, and a King Saatva RX mattress designed for serious sleep.
The open bathing suite is one of the signature moments of the loft: a two-person whirlpool tub, oversized double rain shower, and heated bidet. The layout is open by design and best suited for couples or guests comfortable with an intimate suite-style bathroom experience.
THE DECK
The private elevated deck is the showpiece.
Wrapped in mature trees with glass railing and mountain views, it includes outdoor dining, lounge seating, warm evening lighting, a grill, bar cart, and hammock.
This is the spot for coffee, golden hour, stargazing, cocktails, and those “we should have booked another night” moments.

The loft is behind the main house and built above a detached garage. Arrival begins from the Colorado Ave side of the property. Guests may briefly share the front approach with the separate studio guests before splitting off toward the private loft stairs.
Once upstairs, the loft, deck, entrance, and living space are private.
Guests do not have access to the main house, attached studio, garage, construction areas, storage areas, or any fenced or shielded areas.
This is a private self check-in stay.
You’ll receive smart lock access, parking details, and arrival instructions before check-in. I’m available through Airbnb messages if anything comes up, but the space is designed for a quiet, uninterrupted stay.
Access codes programmed just for your stay will be sent privately.
The Treehouse sits on West Colorado Ave, one of the best launch points in Colorado Springs for guests who want the city and the mountains in the same trip.
You’re close to downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, restaurants, coffee, galleries, shops, trailheads, and scenic drives.
This is not a remote mountain cabin. It is an elevated urban stay with rare privacy, warm design, and Pikes Peak in view.
That is the magic of it: city below, trees around you, mountains ahead.
A car is recommended for exploring Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and the surrounding mountain areas.
You’ll have one designated parking space accessed from the alley. Additional street parking is available on Colorado Ave for approved visitors.
Rideshare can work well for dinner or nights out, but guests who plan to explore will be happiest with a car.
