The Treehouse is a private mountain-view loft designed for couples who want the stay to feel as memorable as the destination.

Perched above historic Old Colorado City, this custom loft sits in the trees with Pikes Peak and the Front Range framed beyond the glass. The moment you step inside, the city feels close enough to enjoy and far enough below to forget. Wall-to-wall glass opens the living space to a 38-foot private deck, creating one seamless indoor-outdoor experience made for slow mornings, golden-hour drinks, private dinners, and nights that do not feel ordinary.

Inside, the loft is warm, modern, romantic, and deeply considered. The chef’s kitchen is built for more than reheating leftovers, with custom cabinetry, generous prep space, live-edge details, a beverage bar, and everything needed for slow coffee, proper cocktails, or a dinner worth dressing for. The living area invites you to settle in with warm lighting, two oversized TVs, board games, an electric glass fireplace, and mountain air just beyond the doors.

The bedroom suite is polished, quiet, and intentionally romantic, with layered textures, mood lighting, and a King Saatva RX mattress designed for serious comfort. Just steps away, the open bathing suite creates one of the loft’s signature moments: a two-person whirlpool tub, oversized double rain shower, and heated bidet. The layout is intimate by design and best suited for couples or guests comfortable with an open suite experience.

Outside, the private deck is the showpiece. Wrapped in mature trees and facing the mountains, it offers outdoor dining, lounge seating, a grill, bar cart, hammock, warm evening lighting, and a front-row seat to golden hour over Pikes Peak.

Guests have private access to the full loft, private deck, outdoor dining area, lounge seating, hammock, grill, kitchen, beverage bar, washer/dryer, and one designated parking space.
The loft is behind the main house and built above a detached garage. Arrival begins from the Colorado Ave side of the property. Guests may briefly share the front approach with the separate studio guests before splitting off toward the private loft stairs.
Once upstairs, the loft, deck, entrance, and living space are private.
Guests do not have access to the main house, attached studio, garage, construction areas, storage areas, or any fenced or shielded areas.

This is a private self check-in stay.
You’ll receive smart lock access, parking details, and arrival instructions before check-in. I’m available through Airbnb messages if anything comes up, but the space is designed for a quiet, uninterrupted stay.

The Treehouse sits on West Colorado Ave, one of the best launch points in Colorado Springs for guests who want the city and the mountains in the same trip.
You’re close to downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, restaurants, coffee, galleries, shops, trailheads, and scenic drives.
This is not a remote mountain cabin. It is an elevated urban stay with rare privacy, warm design, and Pikes Peak in view.
That is the magic of it: city below, trees around you, mountains ahead.

A car is recommended for exploring Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and the surrounding mountain areas.
You’ll have one designated parking space accessed from the alley. Additional street parking is available on Colorado Ave for approved visitors.
Rideshare can work well for dinner or nights out, but guests who plan to explore will be happiest with a car.

🐾 No pets are allowed in the loft.

👥 Designed for two adults
Standard occupancy is 2 adults. Additional overnight guests may be considered by special request only, but this is not a family-style layout.

🥂 Gatherings and shoots by approval only
Select dinner gatherings, photo shoots, and commercial shoots may be considered with advance approval, an added fee, guest count limits, time limits, and written terms. Approved gatherings also require booking the Colorado Studio listing: [insert Airbnb link]

🚿 The bathing suite is open
The double rain shower and jacuzzi area are not enclosed like a traditional bathroom. This is a romantic open-suite layout and is best for couples.

🐾 There is another Airbnb on the property
A separate studio is attached to the main house. It is pet friendly, so occasional barking is possible if those guests bring a dog.

🌿 The studio is 420 friendly
Cannabis use is allowed by studio guests, so you may occasionally notice cannabis odor outdoors, especially near shared exterior areas or while on the deck.

🏗 The main house is still being completed
The loft itself is private and guest-ready. The main house is under construction, and some exterior materials may be present on the property. These will be fenced or shielded as much as possible. Active work may occur in a future construction window, currently expected from mid-May through mid-July 2026.
