The space
Le Mieukerien® (registered trademark) is located in a quiet location, without road traffic, guaranteeing peaceful days and nights. Just 200 m from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Through its ** Atout France label, it has benefited from a reduced tourist tax since June 2024, i.e. a saving of €4 per night for 4 people. An almost unique advantage in Port-la Nouvelle.
The apartment is bright and double, equipped with a modern kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine.), 300-channel TV, free fiber Internet and two air conditioners. The terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue.
Some important details:
• The name of the apartment is Mieukerien® and not Piédenlô. The beach is 200 m away, so no direct view of the sea, which explains our Airbnb rating of 4.9 out of 5 (from 560 reviews). We are proud of it despite some comments on the location.
• No cleaning fees are charged, but we ask that you leave the apartment clean when you leave. Vacuum cleaner and products are provided.
• Household linen and bedding are provided free of charge.

You will have the whole of the apartment (34m ²), the terrace (16m ²) and the privative carpark (the n ° 4).
Do you have a baby? We have a bed for baby. The other beds are 1x140 and 2x90.
This residence comprises nine apartments; only one of them is permanently occupied.
On the dresser, you will find a small basket containing leaflets relating to places to visit.
