This cute little cottage tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood on Hamlin Lake is the perfect place to stay for your summer vacation. This cottage has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms so the whole family can be comfortable during your stay. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a nice modern living room to relax in. Of course who could forget its ideal location, only a few minutes from downtown and the State Park making it the perfect place for you and your family this summer. Cottage is on 1/2 acre of land. Lots of space for outside games.
Garage has been converted into a recreation room, but it is still a garage. There is no heat or air in this room, just a fan and screened windows. It has a 2nd refrigerator to keep all your beverages cold, an old fashion record player with a large selection of oldies, several board games, puzzles, a dart board and a pool table.

50% to hold your reservation, remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received 21 days prior to arrival, you will lose your deposit and your reservation. Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in. 50% refund days 29-15. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in unless we are able to rebook your dates.

Refundable Damage Deposit
For new Guests only, a $1000 damage deposit is collected. If no damage occurs, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out. Returning guests are not required to put down a damage deposit, but are still responsible for any damage they may cause.

100 % refund for cancellations 30 or more days prior to start date. 50% refund days 29-15. No refunds if cancelled less than 15 days prior to start date unless we can rebook your dates.
