Important Information to Consider Before Booking:

Rustic Country Setting:
Embrace the charm of a true country home surrounded by nature. Expect the occasional presence of country creatures such as spiders, scorpions, and wasps. Despite regular pest maintenance, these are part of the country experience. This home being on a ranch in the country, you may encounter various wildlife, including wild hogs, deer, snakes, frogs, and Wild Turkey. We also have working farm cats on the property. Please be aware and enjoy the unique ambiance of our countryside retreat. ABSOLUTELY No Hunting is permitting on the property.

Well Water Details:
These homes operate on well water, and on rare occasions, you may notice a faint sulfuric smell. Rest assured, the water is filtered, clean, and entirely safe to drink.

Pet Policy:
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pet-free environment.

Guest Limit and No Trespassing:
The property can only accommodate a maximum of 40 guests, and only individuals included in your reservation are permitted on the premises.

Pool is not heated ! Swim at your own risk

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
