The space
This is a large single-family, split bedroom ranch home on one level, with a screened-in pool. It was built in the late 80's, but is fairly modern, and was solidly built by its first owner. It has been partially modernized, with granite on the kitchen countertops, and recently replaced secondary bathroom vanities, faucets and granite countertops (2022) and a wood floor that's very rustic. It's on an oversized lot and surrounded by a conservation area/lake at the back and along one side of the backyard. You can definitely experience the nature of Florida.

Other things to note
This is a custom home from the late 80’s. It’s not perfect, but has plenty of space and room to stretch out. Brand new Carrier Performance central AC system (May 2024).
I’ve upgraded the living room TV to an 85” smart tv (2022) and put the 75” in the master and recently bought a 65” for the secondary master (2023). Also replaced the two secondary bath vanities, faucets and installed granite countertops (June 2022), and range in 2019.
