Choose how you'd like to cover accidental damage

Every booking needs one of the two below. Both protect the property; they work differently, and you choose which suits you.

Option 1 — Damage waiver: £20 per night, capped at £125 per stay. This is a fee, not a deposit. It is not refunded after your stay. In return, accidental damage you report during your stay is covered up to £500, and nothing is held against your card.

Option 2 — Security deposit: £400. This is a hold, not a payment. The £400 is reserved on your card and released in full within 7 days of checkout if nothing is deducted. You are not charged unless there is damage or a cost arising from your stay.

No TV licence held; all TVs are Smart TVs for streaming with guest accounts
Maintenance call-outs caused by misuse or user error may incur charges

Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Only the number of guests shown on the booking are permitted to stay. Please ensure your reservation is accurate.

Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, and your deposit may be forfeited.

🏠 Property Information
This is a traditional terraced house with steep internal/external steps. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, young children, or elderly guests with difficulty using stairs.

🗑️ Waste Collection
Bin collection takes place every Tuesday. Please ensure the correct bins are placed kerbside for collection. Overflowing or incorrectly sorted bins may result in additional cleaning charges, which will be passed on to the guest.
