Welcome to your Poconos Waterfront Retreat! This well-appointed, newly updated lake house is yours to enjoy with your family and friends. It is located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. We made sure that this lakefront retreat will make your getaway a memorable one by providing you all the amenities you need to make your vacation special.

This classic, modern home was designed with you in mind. We are located in Summit Lake, just a few steps away from the shore, next to a creek . You can step out to the deck and hear the sound of the water, view the lake while gathering outdoors, and enjoying the beauty of nature. Included are two boats for you to use if you want some water fun. Our home is great for fishing and swimming enthusiasts.

*There are also optional community facilities you can access for a small daily fee such as beach, outdoor pool and basketball area.

The Space

This 4 bedroom home is 2,052 square feet. It has 2 bathrooms, a pool table, a shuffleboard table, dartboard, entertaining deck, weber propane grill, and 70” high def TV. Central air conditioning and heating.

Lake access is a few steps away from the back door. A row boat and a pedal boat are available for guests to use.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items you need to make a meal. We have a sofa bed and a futon for when you need it.

Location

There are a few supermarkets about 5-10 mins away for grocery shopping. Restaurants are close by, about 5 minutes away to get some pizza, chinese food or Perkins.

There is also a Walmart and a CVS nearby if you need some last minute supplies.

Guest access

Guests will be able to use the whole home and lake access in the backyard.

There is ample parking in the driveway and street.

We provide bed linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware and utensils.

Firewood is not included
