Pirate Cove... read a book about pirates, check out the treasures in the treasure chest, or check out the pirate ships.

Bedroom #3. So relaxing. Oh... and did I mention all 4 bedrooms have a digital alarm clock with USB port on the back to plug in your smart device for charging.
All bedrooms have quality closet organizing systems with hangers and luggage racks. This one is located in Bedroom #3.

Bedroom #4 also has it's own full bathroom.
Bedroom #4 overlooking the unground pool. Load your favorite Ap on the Roku Smart TV or watch cable on the Spectrum Ap.
Stroller, portable crib, high chair and gate provided.
Master Bedroom vanity located outside of the toilet and shower area. Makes for getting ready easier with 2. Check out the ocean in that mirror.
In Master bathroom vanity there's a lighted makeup mirror, digital scale, hair dryer with bag. The other 2 bathroom vanities also have a hair dryer and bag.
Master Bathroom has separate room for toilet and shower. Vanity is located just outside so 2 can get ready at the same time. Great setup!
Laundry room with laundry baskets, ironing board and iron, extra blankets and sheets. Laundry detergent and dryer sheet Starter Kits are provided.
Extra large washer and dryer in laundry room. Fire Extinguisher and First Aid kit provided.
Private full bathroom in Bedroom #4. All bathrooms have new toilets, vanities, mirrors, and lighting.
Plenty of hooks to hang your beach towels and hats.

Smoking and/or Vaping are strictly prohibited and result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
We have 1 Exterior Ring Doorbell installed at the front door that records audio and video. The doorbell is connected to Alexa & she alerts you when someone is at the door. Any tampering is prohibited and subject to immediate eviction w/ no refunds.
Front entry door has contactless entry. A personal code will be sent prior to check in and expires at check out time. Entry door automatically locks 10 seconds after unlocking.

Stairs provide easy entrance in and out of the pool.
Cool off in the pool or sunbathe on the pool deck.
Charcoal grills are available and shared. Please clean BBQ grills immediately after use for others immediate use. Per Fire Code; no grills are permitted on balconies.
Trex decking goes to sandy path leading to the beach!
Rinse station with shower head and hand held hose for easy rinsing of the sand.
Second floor condo. Only 1 and 1/2 flights of stairs. No elevator.
Low Rise building with only 9 total units.
2 designated paved parking spaces.
Check out the sandy path leading to the ocean. So close. Great 2nd floor balcony to watch for dolphins jumping and pelicans flying by.
