This gorgeous Crystal Beach 4 bedroom 3 bath getaway is accessible to the beach via a short stroll and a private neighborhood walkover. This lovely oasis features all of the essentials expected of a luxury rental.

The gourmet kitchen includes a Keurig Duo coffee maker, with coffee filters, Folgers and Aspen Select Texas Pecan coffee, and a selection of pods. 16 place settings including plates, salad, plates, bowls, silverware, drink glasses, stemless wine glasses, coffee mugs, an abundance of cooking and baking supplies and utensils, a full set of knives, and pots and pans. The kitchen also includes a large stainless fridge, a full range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Kitchen appliances include an air fryer, Insta pot, waffle maker, Kitchen aid stand mixer, blender, iced tea maker and 4 slice toaster. Dishwashing packets, dish soap, and hand soap are also included.

Shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, hand soap, a hairdryer, and special makeup cloths. Hotel quality bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes provided.

Each of the nine beds feature quality, comfortable sheets, pillows, and quilts. Each closet contains luggage racks and hangers.

The expansive TV in the living room is a Roku for your viewing pleasure as you relax within the family room/dining area alongside a wall of windows overlooking the beautiful beach life. There is also a Roku TV in every bedroom so everyone can enjoy their favorite movies or television shows as you wind down before bed. Dont forget to bring your streaming login information.

The spacious wrap-around porch also includes charming deck height chairs, ideal for enjoying view of the gulf. After an unforgettable day at the beach, come back to unwind! The outdoor shower and sink provide the perfect place to rinse off before relaxing for the evening. As the sun goes down, parents can use the charcoal grill to get dinner ready while everyone gathers and plays horseshoes and other fun yard games.

The convenient laundry room includes a full washer and dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets, and a first aid kit. Washer includes a detergent dispenser for your convenience and no more guessing on how much detergent to use.

We strive to provide paper towels and toilet paper adequate for your stay. If you find you need additional supplies the main grocery store on the peninsula (“The Big Store”) is only a 3 minute drive from the home.

Guests will be able to access every part of the home, other than the owner’s closets and garage.
