Our home is located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains, surrounded by nature. As with any wooded area, you may encounter local wildlife .
During the warmer months, mosquitoes and other insects are common. While we regularly maintain the property, we recommend bringing insect repellent if you plan to spend time outdoors. Please keep doors and windows closed to help prevent insects from entering the home.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and outdoor area in the front and back. Except the kitchen closet, loft closet and the shed, authorized personnel only!

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for use!

PARKING
We provide a total of 3 parking spots. Vehicles must be parked inside the driveway. There is no street parking.

Please note: This property requires guest registration and gate access. This HOA charges a $125 Guest Registration fee (charged at the time of booking). At check-in, all guests must stop by the Welcome Center to receive the amenity wristbands. Failure to complete the registration process within the allotted time could result in the reservation being cancelled. Late guest registration will be subject to a $100 rush fee.

**Please note that if you make a reservation within 3 days of your arrival date, a late fee will be charged in accordance with community policy.**

**All guests must be 21+ to book (or accompanied by a parent/guardian)**

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in a $50 fee per unregistered guest, per night.

Wristband info: Your $125 registration fee includes six (6) amenity-use wristbands. You may receive additional wristbands at the welcome center for $10 each, up to 10 per the maximum occupancy of the home. Wristbands must be worn at all times, failure to do so and using the community amenity could result in a fine.

We cannot guarantee that community amenities will be available during your stay.
Availability and operating hours are determined by the association and may vary.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are not offered. Please be sure to check-out on time to ensure that our team has enough time to thoroughly clean and prepare the property for our next guests. Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $50/half hour fee..

💥Fireworks are prohibited on or near the property by community rules!( $1000 fine)
