Relax under the stars while taking in breathtaking mountain views after a day of hiking, exploring Floyd, or simply unwinding at the cabin. Driving Information

Longview Mountain Cabin is a true mountain retreat and is accessed by a long private gravel driveway.

• During normal weather, most SUVs, pickup trucks, and vehicles with moderate ground clearance can easily reach the cabin.

• During winter months or whenever snow or ice is present, 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended.

• The driveway is regularly maintained, but mountain weather can change quickly, so please plan accordingly.
