The Cottage House is a 1940’s fully remodeled 700 sq ft private space, thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. Ideal for 2 adults (+1 child), it features a King bed with cotton linens and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
You’ll find a comfortable living area with a 55" smart TV, high-speed internet, and a small dining perfect for catching up on emails or enjoying a meal inside. The separate kitchen gives you the option to cook in, snack, or keep things simple between time spent adventuring in Delray Beach.
Settle in, unwind, and enjoy your own slice of paradise wind down with something fresh off the grill as the day fades into evening. Located within the Freebee golf cart service zone, getting around town is simple and convenient.
Everything you need is just steps away, from the pool, grill and outdoor games to both shaded and sun-drenched spots. Relax and enjoy a friendly competition with mini golf, tiki toss, or cornhole. Less than 2 miles from Atlantic Avenue and the ocean you’re perfectly positioned to experience the best of Delray!

By the way, we have never asked guests to clean our homes:) Oh the fun we are navigating and so much conflicting information in the publicity of this. Relevant platform terms of service apply, we think this will line into their new requirements, but who knows, it could change tomorrow! Anyway, Guests have choices where to book their stay. Hospitality is everything and On Hospitality Time is coming soon!

Please note by reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification (all Guests over 18 for insurance/liability), security deposit authorization with credit card ($500 hold), and signed short term agreement w/pool waiver within 48 hours of booking, and for access to the property.
2. Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given** Thanks for your understanding!
3. Outdoor security cameras are present on the exterior of the main home and at the cottage front door.
4. 2 Adults Max - No unregistered guests-No pets
5. The Pool is heated to 85° December April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature. The heater will only heat the pool, 20° above the air temperature. The heater runs during 10-12 hours a day, when the pump runs. The control panel is locked, for management use only.
6. Events hosted or commercial filming without owner knowledge will result in immediate termination of stay and loss of deposit. Events include but are not limited to Bridal/Wedding Showers, Birthday or Engagement parties, Girls/Guys Weekend, etc. ALL EVENTS/FILMING REQUIRE APPROVAL (if you're not sure, please ask) Any additional fees will be discussed based on the individual request.
7. Violations of the short-term rental agreement will result in termination of stay without notice or refund.
8. Guest is responsible for payment of damaged or missing items. The property is videotaped and photographed prior to each guest's stay. Upon arrival, if anything is not as expected, it must be reported within 12 hours.
9. Paradise Pool Cottage House has weekly pool service, and lawn service, and, monthly pest control services. You may see these vendors on site during your stay. Inside access is required for 5-10 minutes, for pest control services. If scheduled during your dates of stay, notice will be provided a day in advance; guests do not need to be present.

10. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to construction on our street or in the area. UPDATE: 9/15/2026 The home next to us has completed building and currently pending landscape and grounds. A few homes on our street are under construction- construction vehicles may be seen on the street and there may be a potential for noise on days they are working. Unfavorable reviews regarding construction are a violation of the house rules, there is always a risk workers will be where there may be construction. UPDATE 8/1/2026 Next door home is pending landscaping and grounds completion 10/2/2026 No updates. Updates will be posted here.

As of 10/25/2025 A*r*nb fees are built into the nightly price you see. We have no control over their commission rate and the pricing is set based on the new "host only model". The cleaning fee is also included in the nightly rate and A*r*nb collects 15.5 percent on the nightly rate, the cleaning fee, and any other inclusive fees not shown to guests. total. V*bo collects 12% of the total. Palm Beach County Taxes are 12.5% mandated on all booking platforms, inclusive of the alternatives. All stays more than 10 days are invoiced a mid-stay cleaning fee of $115 separate from the booking total, this is not optional.
Rates are subject to change until confirmed with deposit. Early check-in/Late check-outs are not guaranteed and will only be offered in writing if available. Guests are responsible for all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity or violations of the short term agreement in the premises will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. No refunds will be provided due to neighboring construction. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of any and all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.
