NOTE: This is a 55+ HOA community. They require one person in your booking to be 55 years or older. In addition, a background check on all persons over 18 years of age is required. Renters may NOT have pets per HOA rules. No Smoking is a strict requirement of mine, the Host. I also require a $1000 fully refundable security deposit at the time of booking. You may NOT book directly from this site as they have no built in options for the security deposit. I book full months only. 1st of the month til the end of the month.
