You can relax and enjoy from our upper or lower deck, our hot tub, or in the yard around our fire pit. Or you can take in the view while staying inside to play pool, air hockey, foosball, arcade games, board or card games. When ready to adventure out, you will have easy access to grocery store, shops, attractions, and restaurants.

You will get a door code before check-in. No need to meet anyone for keys. You get the whole house to yourself.
Plenty of private parking on property. Can accommodate 4+ vehicles.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

10 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number.

Quiet time is after 9:30 pm and strictly enforced. Parties are not allowed.

There are cameras in place for your protection. A camera on the driveway entrance and on the front porch will be on during your stay. The cameras located on the upper cabin's four corners are not viewable during your stay. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over unless accompanied by a parent. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $175 and you will likely be asked to leave.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! If you smoke you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500

Absolutely no fires inside or outside with the exception of the designated wood burning fire pit area in yard. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages
