Enjoy a relaxing stay tucked amongst a tightly knit series of homes with a nice view above the city's 400-YEAR-OLD OAK TREES. Includes a full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, in a 2-story home. One queen bed, a bunk bed, and a convertible full couch to sleep up to six. Also included is a full kitchen, AC, heater, desk, Smart TV, deck with a view, and very fast 200mbs WIFI! Over the Oaks!

Our residential house, complete with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on two levels. The master bedroom and bath are upstairs and the second bedroom and 1/2 bath are on the first floor, which includes a bunk bed. To sleep two more we have a pullout couch in the living room on the second level to make it six. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher and the home features extremely fast internet speeds of over 250mps to get your work done without issue. In the 960sf of living space, you'll be comfortable. Book an in-home massage or private chef!

Maximum occupancy is 6 and no unauthorized guests are allowed. There are two Ring cameras on the exterior of the front of the house and are recording at all times to ensure that the maximum occupancy is honored.

Our home is dog-friendly! If you bring your dog, we request that you supervise it at all times. We reserve the right to deny a dog. Fully fenced backyard. that slopes down a hill. Please pick up after your dog and thank you!

Parking allows for two cars in the driveway, and street parking for additional vehicles.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind!!! The cities quiet hours begin at 10PM. Please move your conversations at that time inside as our neighbors may need to work in the morning. The front door has a Ring doorbell camera which only faces the street. A clear identifiable image of yourself is required when a booking occurs as those who host need to know who they are inviting into their homes.
