We are hands-on owner-hosts, not a large management company. We’re always available via Airbnb messaging for questions, recommendations, or support, while respecting your privacy. We also have a local co-host who can address any issues or questions if we are unavailable.
Optional concierge-style services such as grocery pre-stocking and golf cart rentals through trusted local partners are available after booking.
• 1 vehicle can park in the community lot (parking pass provided inside the unit)
• Parking Pass must be displayed inside the vehicle at all times while parked
• RV, motorcycle, and golf cart parking not allowed
• On the rare occasion the parking lot gets full, there is an Elliot Rentals overflow parking lot you can use on Sea Mountain Hwy (401 Sea Mountain Hwy)—it’s about 1,000 ft past there.
• Pool Update: Our unheated pool is currently closed for the season and is scheduled to reopen during the week of Easter.
