This spacious 5 bedroom and 4 full bathroom retreat is perfect for just about group getaway. There are 5 private bedrooms and 2 additional "open" bedrooms with 10 beds in total that comfortably sleeps 16.

The space
This older and well loved cabin sits on the most beautiful land. It has a creek through the property which flows right into the lake. A quick walk from the home and you’re swimming in the lake from your own private entry. Old tall trees surround the home making for the most magical time in nature for all ages!

Here’s some more details:

The property borders the corp land around Lake Ouachita and is a fisherman's paradise.

You can pull your boat/boats close to the house and leave it there during your stay.
You can put it in the lake at the Twin Creeks launch just about 1 mile from the house.

We have 4 kayaks, life jackets, paddles for your use and enjoyment.

You can walk right to the water from the back yard following the groomed trail and the quite little cove remains calm and peaceful year around.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, spices.

Washer and dryer, laundry soap, etc.

We have added STARLINK internet. The TVs are smart with different streaming sites available for you to login with your personal account. We also have 100's of classic movies on DVD if you’re feeling like watching a classic!

HVAC throughout the houses.

Huge parking lot with enough room for several vehicles with trailers. If you are pulling a trailer, please take the 2nd Evergreen Road (Evergreen Rd is a loop). The 1st Evergreen Road will bring you into the property at an angle that is impossible for trailers.

If rocks are your thing, it doesn't get much better than Mt. Ida and the Oauchita National Forest. The corp of engineer land surrounding the property is a perfect hunting ground.

Within a couple miles of one of the most beautiful trail systems (biking & walking) in the south. Lake Ouachita Vista Trail.

ATVs and Side by Sides are allowed in the area.

The property is close to Lake Ouachita Shores Resort & Marina, Mountain Harbor Resort & Marina, Brady Mountain Resort & Marina, Mt. Ida, Hot Springs & Mena.

It is also only about a 30 minute drive to Lake Hamilton and downtown Hot Springs.
