North York Private Room #2 - Toronto

You will have a private bedroom inside a shared townhouse. The kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, entrance and hallways are shared with the host and other guests. Light cooking is permitted, and guests must clean shared areas after use.

This is a shared property. You can have access to the bathrooms, kitchen, living and dinning rooms.

I like to say hello in person, but keep to myself otherwise.

Located in a quiet residential area of North York near Don Mills Road and Van Horne Avenue. The neighbourhood offers convenient access to Fairview Mall, Seneca Polytechnic, Peanut Plaza, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, parks, and everyday services. It is a good choice for guests who prefer a peaceful community outside downtown Toronto while remaining close to shopping and public transit.

Nearby TTC bus service provides connections to Don Mills Subway Station, Fairview Mall, Seneca Polytechnic, and other parts of North York. Downtown Toronto is approximately 35–50 minutes away by public transit or 20–35 minutes by Uber or taxi, depending on traffic. Toronto Pearson International Airport is approximately 25–40 minutes away by car. Paid parking is available on-site, and street parking is at the guest’s own risk and subject to local regulations.

The reservation is limited to one registered guest only. Visitors and overnight guests are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and cooking or noisy appliance use is not permitted during these hours. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and within the townhouse complex.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Paid parking is available on-site. Free street parking may be available at the guest’s own risk and is subject to local parking regulations. The property is in North York and is not located in downtown Toronto.
