The open concept kitchen has been beautiful updated , a large breakfast bar with 3 barstools. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals and a Keurig coffee maker!

Living Room
The living room features a chase style couch, cozy rocking chair, a flat screen smart TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony.

Bedroom
The bedroom features 2 queen-sized serta beds, nightstand, a dresser, and a flat screen smart TV. There is also a nice closet with hangers for extra storage space.


Bathroom
The bathroom is also newly updated and features a single vanity sink and walk in shower.

Outside
This unit is located in very close proximity to the outdoor pool at the complex. There are also no steps from the parking lot to the unit! Out of the waterfront deck you will find an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ grill for your use.

Down at the community dock, there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent for $25 per night

Right above the condo is a gas station that hosts lots of things you may need during your stay. It is also a short 10-minute drive to Hy-Vee. There are many great restaurants close as well. Please look for the binder in the condo for a list of things to do.

Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out.

This is a gated condo association. Close to a gas station and many great restaurants and bars. Condo association has a boat ramp, so bring your boat or rent one from the places near by

You will get the gate code 24 hours to check in. Parking is first come first serve but there are many places to park in front of the condo and close by.

Please note, if you have more than 4 guests there is a $10 per person per night fee for the extra people up to 6 people max! Air bnb will automatically calculate this for you at booking, so please ensure to book for the exact amount of people you plan to have stay. If you show up to the condo with more people than what you booked your reservation will be in violation of our house rules and you could be asked to leave immediately.

The boat slip is $25 per day extra. If you want to book the boat slip please let me know at booking so I can send you a request to collect this fee
