Living Room
The living room features a couch, cozy reclining chair, electric fireplace, a flat screen smart TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony. There is a queen size air mattress for extra sleeping accommodations located in the closet in the bedroom.

Bedroom
The bedroom features 2 queen-sized bed, nightstand, a dresser, and a flat screen smart TV. There is also a nice closet with hangers for extra storage space.


Bathroom
The bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo

Outside
This unit is located in very close proximity to the outdoor pool at the complex! Out of the waterfront deck you will find an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ grill for your use. Down at the community dock, there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent for $25 per night.

Right above the condo is a gas station that hosts lots of things you may need during your stay. It is also a short 10-minute drive to Hy-Vee. There are many great restaurants close as well.

Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out.

I will be available to offer help through your entire stay and will be quick to respond.

Please note, If you show up to the condo with more people than what you booked your reservation will be in violation of our house rules and you could be asked to leave immediately.

The boat slip is $25 per day extra. If you want to book the boat slip please let me know at booking so I can send you a request to collect this fee.
