Experience elevated lakeside living at Camp Sunny Waters, a charming 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath lakefront home in Sunrise Beach. Designed to comfortably host up to 12 guests, this retreat is a great fit for families, friend groups, and anyone looking to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks with a little more ease and intention. We do have a Bluetooth Stereo available for guest use, as well as Corn hole and a Life Sized Jenga.

The home features beautiful lake views, inviting shared spaces, and a comfortable layout that makes gathering feel natural. From the deck and hot tub to the fire pit and everywhere in between, Camp Sunnywaters is designed to help guests unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the rhythm of lake life.

Guests have access to the entire home, hot tub, dock, outdoor deck, fire pit, and fully equipped kitchen.

We want your stay at Camp Sunny Waters to feel relaxed, easy, and well-supported. Guests will have privacy during their stay, but we are available through Airbnb messaging before, during, and after check-in if anything comes up. Whether you need help with the house, have a question, or would like local recommendations, we’re happy to assist. An emergency phone number will be provided at the rental in case of any emergencies.

Hot Tub Rules:
1. No food in or around the hot tub to avoid contamination.
2. Shower before entering to maintain water cleanliness.
3. No glassware in the hot tub area—plastic only.
4. Maximum occupancy:guests. 6 ( 1000 lbs)
5. Do not use after 10 PM to respect noise levels and local regulations.
6. Children must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub.
7. Cover the hot tub when not in use to preserve heat and ensure safety.
8. No oils, lotions, or soaps in the hot tub as they can damage the filter.
9. Report any issues immediately to the property manager.
10. Temperature not to exceed 103 deg F

Fire pit:
A free fire permit is required to use the fire pit. Instructions for obtaining the permit are included in the guest book. Firewood is provided, so there is no need to bring your own.

Parking:
There is space for 3 to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that the driveway is shared with neighbors, so we ask guests to park carefully and leave easy access for others coming and going. Parking is available at the top of the driveway on the left side. Please do not park on the right side near the garbage cans or in the neighbor’s spot.

Lily pad:
The property is located on the main channel, so conditions can occasionally be windy or choppy. Please make sure the lily pad is secured when not in use, and be mindful that towels and other lightweight items may blow away.
