The home features beautiful lake views, inviting shared spaces, and a comfortable layout that makes gathering feel natural. From the deck and hot tub to the fire pit and water access, every part of the property is designed to help guests unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the rhythm of lake life.
Guests have access to the entire home, hot tub, dock, outdoor deck, fire pit, and fully equipped kitchen. Please note: No boat slip available, No trailer parking available, Boat use is not included with your stay (Any charter or boat arrangements require prior owner approval and may involve additional fees)
Lilly pad:
The property is on the main channel and can get choppy and windy so please be mindful of make sure. It tied down securely and towels and light objects may blow away.
Fire pit:
A free fire permit is required to use the fire pit. Instructions for obtaining the permit are included in the guest book. Firewood is provided, so there is no need to bring your own.
Parking:
There is space for 3 to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that the driveway is shared with neighbors, so we ask guests to park carefully and leave easy access for others coming and going. Parking is available at the top of the driveway on the left side. Please do not park on the right side near the garbage cans or in the neighbor’s spot.
We want your stay at Camp Sunny Waters to feel relaxed, easy, and well-supported. Guests will have privacy during their stay, but we are available through Airbnb messaging before, during, and after check-in if anything comes up. Whether you need help with the house, have a question, or would like local recommendations, we’re happy to assist. An emergency phone number will be provided at the rental in case of any emergencies.
