Unwind in this newer, cozy Florida home. You will find a clean, safe space to enjoy your vacation time with the beach right down the road.

Have the space to relax while exploring the small beach town of Navarre. The neighborhood is small, quiet, and friendly. The home is newer and updated to fit your needs. There are queen beds in each of the three bedrooms. The home is on a quiet, friendly, and dead-end street. It is only a few minutes from the heart of Navarre and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and activities all around. Fort Walton Beach is only 15 minutes away. Destin and Pensacola are 30-40 minutes away.

Parking Included

Driveway and garage parking are available that will fit 4 cars maximum. Cars may park on the side of the street in front of the home if absolutely necessary but parking on the grass should be avoided. A small vessel or boat on a trailer may fit but the street is a dead end with no cul-de-sac so it may be tight getting in and out.

Wheelchair Accessible

The front door and garage door has a small lip but the entire home is on the same level and the doorways are wide enough for wheelchairs. There is also a tub in the master bathroom.
