Our 3BR, 2.5BA home backs up to NH State parkland with walking trails to Cathedral Ledge & Echo Lake from the backyard. Yes, from the house! When you're done hiking, biking, skiing, or playing elsewhere in the valley, you come home to a relaxing screened-in porch, or open deck with Hot Tub. Inside is all open concept with a large brick fireplace and master bedroom.The house is family friendly! There is a pack-n-play with clean sheets, an infant tub, tons of books for all ages, and toys for the 10 and under set downstairs in the rec/bunk room. In addition- you can walk to Echo Lake right fro the back yard. The trail is flat and meanders along a stream. The more adventurous can hike up Cathedral Ledge or Whitehorse ledge for a great view of Echo Lake and Cranmore from above.You have access to the whole house. In winter you can drive right into the garage and enter the house from the garage if you choose.We live right down the street if you need anything!Less than 2 miles from the center of North Conway. Backs up to State Forest.There is a 2 car max in the winter (one car for the garage and one for the car port) to allow for 24/7 plow access.
