Perfect for large families and groups, this gated property includes three separate living spaces as well as fun shared spaces (including two firepits and an expansive deck!). My Happy Place is an ideal place for family and friends to come together and enjoy nature. Each area is set next to the Guadalupe River and common water access is available. Up to two dogs can join in the fun!

Guests can relax at the main home, the bunkhouse, and the airstream trailer. The main home has two queen size beds, a wood-burning fireplace, plus a full kitchen featuring fun murals and plenty of tools you need to cook up a masterpiece. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable. The bunk room is just across the way, with a small kitchenette station and one queen bed, a full size futon, and a full-over-full bunk bed. The airstream trailer has a full kitchen (though in a smaller space) and a queen bed for guests to enjoy in a modern bohemian setting.

As part of their stay, guests of every space will be able to enjoy access to the firepits, an outdoor shower, the gas grill (private to this property), and a two-level dock perfect for small boats and canoes to launch. Just sit back on the deck and relax - there's always time to grab some towels and enjoy some quality time near or in the water!
