☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This spacious, 2100 square foot home boasts three gorgeous bedrooms (King, King, Queen) and two additional comfy sofa beds (Queen) to accommodate a total of 10 guests comfortably. Each room has nightstands, a dresser, and a Smart TV.

The main floor master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with dual sinks, walk in shower and an oversized tub.

The two remaining bedrooms are located on the upper level. One room boasts a king-size bed and a home office. The quiet office is equipped with a desk, chair, and gorgeous views out of the window. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed.

Additional sleeping areas can be found in the front sitting room and in the game room, both of which are equipped with queen sleeper sofas.

We provide clean, luxury linens and full bed bug encasements on every bed. Every single linen is washed between each guest. This is not a local standard and your safety and a sanitary home are our top priority.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

Two full bathrooms and a half bath make it easy to get ready for the day. The main level master bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, a large vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate tub.

The second full bathroom is located upstairs between Bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a shower tub/combo. The half-bath is located near the main-level living area.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆

Friends and loved ones can enjoy each others’ company thanks to the open-concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals, including a coffee bar, plates, cutlery, a toaster oven, blender, griddle, hand mixer, crockpot, pots and pans, and so much more. There is also a large dining room table for up to six guests and an additional four seats along the bar.

The living room is a cozy gathering place in the house. The vaulted ceilings, oversized furniture, and gas fireplace will have you feeling at home in no time. Settle in and stream your favorite shows from the large, wall-mounted flat-screen Smart ROKU TV.

☆☆ GAME ROOM ☆☆

The game room is located on the lower level and features a foosball table, a golden tee arcade game, a fireplace, a pool table, a large TV, comfortable seating, and a pub table. Challenge your buddy to a friendly game of pool, or sit back and catch the big game on TV.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The large wrap-around deck is another highlight of the home. You can take in scenic views from every angle, BBQ some tasty meals on the grill, or simply kick back on one of the chairs with your morning coffee.

A hot tub is also a great option for relaxing and it’s located right outside the patio door on a private and secluded area of the deck overlooking the woods and golf course. There is also a fire pit located in the backyard, perfect for late-night stargazing or s’more making!

☆☆ LAKE ACCESS ☆☆

A short 5 minute drive to private lake access, where you can drop in a canoe or kayak and explore the lake. There is also a private picnic pavilion area and restroom area at the lake access point.

Guest access

Guests will have private access to the entire property throughout their stay. You will receive the community gate code and the electronic lock code within 24 hours of your check-in date.

Other things to note

Early/Late check-in is available upon request for $50/hour after 10am and before 4pm and is subject to availability.

Lake access available and a dock space (based on availability) for rent with your stay ($100/night).

MAXimum of 1, non-shedding dog allowed. Pet fee must be paid, $500 per visit. Dog must be crated when left at the home. Dog waste must be picked up. No dogs in the beds or on furniture and no dogs allowed in upstairs bedrooms with carpet. Guest assumes responsibility for any damage from pet and agrees to pay accordingly. Any unregistered dogs will result in a fee of minimum $250/dog per night.

We provide a few starters of items such as laundry detergent, hand soap, dish detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels along with a coffee/tea station. Our bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Our home set the bar higher than most in the area for cleanliness and amenities!

In addition to the above, guests are encouraged to bring their own grocery items, paper products, and cleaning products based on their usage as they may run out.

The home will be cleaned using EPA or CDC-approved disinfectant in high-touch, high-traffic areas throughout the home (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, phones, tablets, touch screens, remote controls, keyboards, handles, desks, toilets, sinks).
