The studio includes one dedicated monitored parking spot.

Airport shuttle options are available from both the Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport. Local rideshare services are also available throughout Colorado Springs. Pikes Peak Bike Tours is located nearby for guests interested in outdoor adventure.

Please note: The home sits on a central downtown avenue. While the interior remains quiet and well insulated, guests should expect normal city activity outside.

The studio is part of our historic Victorian property, but it is completely private with a separate entrance, its own backyard space, and a private hot tub. The main house is currently being remodeled, with completion expected by mid-July.

We respect your privacy and have designed this studio to feel like your own secluded space. If you need anything during your stay, we are nearby and available by message to help with questions, recommendations, or support. We respond quickly but allow you to enjoy the property at your own pace.

PET POLICY
We welcome well-behaved, housebroken dogs with advance notice. The pet fee is $50 per dog. Additional pets must be approved before arrival.

PUPPIES ARE NOT PERMITTED

Pets may not be left unattended inside the studio or outdoors. Please pick up after your pet and help us keep the yard clean for future guests.

Pet blankets are provided and must be used on all indoor and outdoor furniture to protect linens, upholstery, and cushions.

Pet urine is considered damage, not standard pet cleanup. Any pet urine, feces, odor, staining, or related contamination found inside the studio, on furniture, on linens, in the hot tub area, or in the yard will result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, remediation, or replacement charges—minimum fee: $250. Severe contamination, stained linens/upholstery, rug/floor treatment, hot tub contamination, or repeated waste cleanup will be charged at actual documented cost.
