Welcome to our charming and cozy mountain retreat located in Telluride, Colorado. Our stunning property is perfect for a small group or family seeking a relaxing and unforgettable getaway in the beautiful San Juan Mountains. Business License: 018666
Upon entering the home, you will immediately feel at ease with the warm and inviting ambiance. The living room boasts a comfortable seating area, complete with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Guest will be given a door access code. There is a key lock box for back-up in case batteries die.

Maximum of 4 people for monthly rentals for 2 bedrooms.

House Rules

1. No pets, $500 fee + additional cleaning costs for presence of pet and will be asked to leave mid-stay.
2. No parties, bachelorette parties or similar. Cake, confetti, balloons left behind will incur additional cleaning charges billed back to you.
3. No shoes on carpet, $100 cleaning fee or at cost for needing to shampoo stains out of carpet.
4. Quiet hours: 10PM - 8AM

Payment Policy

To confirm you're booking, you will be required to pay 100% at the time of booking. For extended stays of more than 1 month, if you wish to be on a monthly payment plan, please reach out to us and we can set this up for you. We will send you a monthly invoice via Stripe to your email from TellurideVacationHomes and you will be able to follow the link to submit payment.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit can be used for any damages, stains or additional cleanings.
- $500 fee + additional cleaning costs if pet hair is found in unit (and contract will be terminated).
- $1,000 cleaning fee if smoking determined to be in unit (and contract is terminated).
- Additional cleaning fees for party items such as confetti, cake icing and balloons left behind.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Cancel anytime and the following 30 days in non-refundable, but get cleaning fee + deposit back. Only extenuating circumstances qualify for a full refund. Our extenuating circumstance policy follows Airbnb's. COVID is no longer a valid reason for cancelling. Trip insurance strongly encouraged for all cancellation reasons.

Notes

- Please purchase trip insurance at check-out for things like travel delays, family issues, medical issues etc as our cancellation policy does not cover you for this. - The hot tub will be closed during off seasons months from April 1 - end of May and again for the month of November. - We are adding a queen sleeper sofa couch to our living room so we will be welcoming 6 guest moving forward ~mid May 2023 to our home!
