The resort features an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, indoor water amenities including a pool, lazy river, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi. Additionally, there's a fitness room and attached onsite parking, with no need to cross the street.

Monterey Bay is situated in the upscale north end of the city of Myrtle Beach, approximately two miles from the downtown hotel section. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, entertainment, and other attractions.
