You will have private access to the apartment and balcony.

It has a master bedroom with queen size bed, a second bedroom with sleeping sofa with integrated mattress, a childrens bedroom. The second bedroom has secretary desk and functions as a study as well. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub, shower, toilet and two basins. A second toilet is situated in the hallway with fountain and access to the pantry.

- there are two elevators in the building and everything is equal on our floor except a little ridge to get into the shower

- option to walk to three ferries from the apartment: Distelweg (5-10 min), NDSM (10-15 min) or Buiksloterweg (20 min)

- two minute bus ride or twenty minute walk to the Metro Noorderpark which takes you to the Center (Damsquare) in two stops and into the heart of several Amsterdam neighborhoods
