All guest areas are private, peaceful, and ideal for families or groups.

Welcome to our spacious and well-equipped home in peaceful Rorschacherberg — ideal for families, friends, or small groups looking for comfort, convenience, and spectacular views.

The guest space includes the entire ground and top floors of our house. On the ground floor, you’ll find three bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with a queen, a double and a single bed) and a modern bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the heart of the home: a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a second bathroom featuring a bathtub.

The house is ideal for 9 guests in 3 bedrooms. For 10th and 11th guests, we provide a sofabed and/or mattresses in the living room area.

The top floor opens out onto a spacious 50 m² terrace with panoramic views of Lake Constance, where you can see Switzerland, Austria, and Germany all at once. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or dining al fresco at sunset, this is a highlight of the home.

You'll have access to modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, TV, and free on-site parking. The house is located at the quiet end of a residential street in a very safe neighbourhood, with many walking and hiking trails just steps away.

🚍 Public transport is close by — a 5-minute walk downhill to the Bleichi bus stop, with buses every 20 minutes to Rorschach town, the train station (Rorschach Stadt), and the lake harbour (Rorschach Hafen). From there, you can reach St. Gallen by train in just 20 minutes (two trains per hour).

🚗 Free private parking is available directly in front of the house.

Please note that entry to the guest space is not private — the main entrance and internal hallway are shared with a long-term tenant who lives in the basement. Once inside, all guest areas are fully private and for your exclusive use. The basement is separate, not part of the rental, and accessed through its own locked door.

Sometimes we may be around during your stay, and at other times you may have the entire house to yourself. Either way, we respect your privacy and aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you have any specific needs or expectations, please feel free to raise them before booking so we can ensure we're the right fit. We're always available by message or phone if you need anything during your stay.

We live in a residential neighbourhood in a small town/village. Rorschach town has all the facilities like shopping, eating & summer entertainment. The closest city is St. Gallen, about 15-20 minutes drive.

There are buses every 15-30 minutes. From the train station, which is a walk or bus-ride away, there are trains every 20-30 minutes.

The main entrance and hallway are shared with a quiet long-term tenant who lives in the private basement. Your space (ground and top floors) is fully private and not shared with anyone else.

Please note that some cupboards contain our personal items, such as clothing or household supplies. These are neatly stored and do not impact your use of the space. We kindly ask that these remain undisturbed during your stay.
