House is 1400 sq ft. 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds. Each with a large smart tv. There is a 2 car garage and extra parking spaces outside. Parking only in front of house or in garage can fit 4 cars. Fenced in backyard with table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy. Please be advised ALL ADULTS must send in a photo copy of their ID, License or Passport info to be accepted or approved.

Hi there is a house rules and greeting book in the house with all information you may need. If you need to get in touch with me there is a tel number and an email. I try to answer asap.

Please be advised all adult guests must provide a photo copy of their drivers licenses (USA) and copy of Passport if International. Before being accepted.
All House rules must be abided. Id photos to be sent along with reservation or up to 12:00 the day of the reservation as check in starts at 3 pm.
