We are available to answer any questions and provide assistance via the Airbnb app, text, or phone. While we don’t live on-site, we have a great local team that can address any needs during your stay. We’re happy to offer local recommendations and help with anything you need!
You'll be on the northern end of Myrtle Beach, which allows for a quick drive to all attractions that both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer.

🛍️ Barefoot Landing is 6.2 miles

🎡 Broadway at the Beach is 5.1 miles

**RESERVED PARKING**
You will have 1 assigned parking spot underneath the building (clearance of 87") - labeled with the unit number. Please display the parking pass to place in your vehicle. Only 1 vehicle parking spot is guaranteed. Trailer, motorcycle, golf cart, and boat parking is not permitted by the HOA.
**OTHER PARKING**
There are also 6 dedicated 'visitor' spots for the complex that are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Plus, there is City metered street parking and daily/weekly passes are available for purchase thru the City of Myrtle Beach.
**RIDE-SHARE**
Ride-share services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are also available in the area.
Parking
You will have 1 assigned parking spot underneath the building (clearance of 6.5') - labeled with the unit number. You will have a parking pass to place in your vehicle. There are also 6 dedicated 'visitor' spots for the complex that are available on a first come first serve basis, monitored by the HOA. Only 1 vehicle parking spot is guaranteed. The HOA asks that no guests have trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Rental Agreement
Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and submit their photo ID. Refusal to sign/return or provide either will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Age Requirement
Our HOA rules dictate that guests need to be at least 23 years old to rent our property. You will be asked to provide proof of ID as a part of our rental agreement.
Pest Control
Routine Pest Control happens monthly (usually, 2nd Tuesday). The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
