The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower device, a wash basin with large walled mirror, and a toilet. WLAN internet access, inside the apartment and in the garden area, is available free of charge.

The landlord’s brother lives on the first floor and is always happy to help you with any questions you might have.

The outside area is for your private use, boasting a covered sitting area with a barbecue, wooden table and matching bench, sun loungers and even an outdoor shower. Here, you can sit down and enjoy your meals or simply spend some time relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Here, you will find a great choice of cafes, bars and restaurants for all tastes. Public transport is nearby, you will find a bus stop outside the local shopping mall and the main post office, only approx. 3 min away from your apartment.
