This cozy cottage offers a safe, clean, private suite in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. There is parking on the front driveway. After passing through the gate you will find a fenced off small yard for guests and a private entrance. The suite is attached yet separate from the house. The room is not small, but I wouldn’t call it expansive either. There is a twin size bed and an electric recliner and a smart TV. Guest WiFi is provided, but it’s probably not fast enough for gaming. There is an air mattress available. Please contact me ahead of time if needed. There is a closet for storage. The kitchenette features a sink, small refrigerator, two burner stove, and a microwave. Basic cookware/plates/utensils are provided. The restroom has a full size walk in shower. The home has central AC and there is also a window unit so that you can adjust it to your comfort. The location is three blocks from Loop 410 and four blocks from US 281, which means there are dozens of restaurants and retail stores less than one mile from here.
