This natural stone country house has been extensively renovated, but it has wonderfully retained its typical Mallorcan charm. Around the property, there is a garden with Mediterranean plants and trees, various furnished terraces and seating areas, and of course, a large pool that has been fenced for the safety of your children. The living area inside the house is on two levels: The upper floor features a living-dining room with an integrated fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, an open bedroom with two single beds, and a large terrace. The bathroom is located at the stairs leading to the lower floor. The ground floor living area has a living-dining room, from which two single bedrooms branch off. Furthermore, there is the old rustic kitchen, where you can see how the Mallorcans lived in the past. Accessible only from the outside, there is another typical Mallorcan kitchen available, which is also fully equipped (the dishwasher is located in the kitchen on the upper floor).
