SUNRIVER & HOUSE RULES - BREAKAGES/DAMAGES: Report breakages/damages that occur during your stay. - BIKES: 8 bikes are provided. If guests elect to use these bikes, they do so at their own risk. The property owner/host cannot guarantee the safety or proper maintenance of any bike and recommends that guests either bring their own bikes, or rent bikes from the Sunriver Resort Bike Barn. - CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m & Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A fee equal to 50% of the nightly rate may be charged for any late check-out that has not been authorized by the host in advance. No late check-outs will be allowed during busy holiday periods such as the Christmas - New Year's holiday week, and during the summer. - EVENTS/PARTIES: not permitted - FURNITURE: please do not rearrange the furniture. - GARBAGE CANS: please do not pull garbage cans into the garage. - GUESTS: only the guests noted in the booking are permitted to stay at the property. See occupancy limits below. - HOME: as this is our home please be respectful of our property and items. - HOT TUB: guests assume all risk for their use of the hot tub at the property. If the water in the tub appears cloudy or dirty, please call the number listed on the hot tub enclosure notice. - ILLEGAL DRUGS: if guests are suspected of illegal drug activity of any kind the authorities will be engaged & guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. - MAINTENANCE/CLEANING: please report any maintenance or cleaning problems upon check in. - OCCUPANCY LIMITS: The maximum number of guests that can stay at a property is determined by Deschutes County Code 5.12.020. The maximum overnight occupancy for the home is two persons per bedroom and children under the age of 5 are not included when determining maximum occupancy. Violation of the maximum occupancy is a class B infraction and subjects each occupant to a maximum of a $100.00 fine. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and violations may result in immediate eviction from the home and forfeiture of all rent and fees. - PARKING: Parking of vehicles on and along streets within Sunriver is prohibited. No vehicles shall be parked so as to inhibit passage of emergency vehicles or snowplows. Violators may be fined or towed. Guests may park up to 4 vehicles in the home's driveway and must not extend beyond. - PARTIES: no parties are permitted. - PETS: no pets allowed - REPORTING DAMAGE: guests should examine the property upon arrival, and promptly report to the host any visible damage, inoperable appliances or other adverse conditions at the property. Guests are responsible for any damage discovered after departure. - SMOKING: no smoking allowed. An extra cleaning fee will be applied to remove odor and stains. - SUNRIVER QUIET HOURS: 10PM to 7AM (strictly observed by Sunriver) - SHARC PASSES: Eight (8) are provided for your use.
