About Lutyens Delhi:

Lutyens' Delhi is a grand, historic district in New Delhi, India, named after the British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens who planned and designed it. The British built this administrative capital between the late 1910s and 1931 after moving the seat of the British Raj from Calcutta to Delhi.
