This cozy home includes 2 king beds among 9 total beds and has plenty of space to stretch out or lounge in the sun! There are smart TVs in all bedrooms, the living rooms, and even in the dining room (total of 6 smart TVs)! The property also boasts an enormous private yard! The yard comes complete with an enormous top of the line park-grade double sided charcoal BBQ grill that swivels, a fire pit, large deck, patio, and outdoor yard games!

Rest easy knowing that this amazing property is professionally and regularly maintained with a large variety of service contracts with professional companies that include same day and after hours emergency services for the unlikely event you experience any issues during your stay!
-Air conditioning / HVAC: Air filters are replaced every 4 weeks. We also have a contract with professional company that includes: 1) regular cleaning and maintenance 2 times per year and 2) priority same-day and after hours emergency service for any unlikely issues!
-Appliance repair: We have a professional company who provides same day and after hours emergency services for any unlikely issues!
-Landscaping and gardening: We have a contract with a professional company who comes 1 or 2 times per month (varies by season)!
-Pest control: We have a contract with a professional company who comes once every 2 months and provides same day service for any unlikely issues!
-Others: We utilize and contract with a professional cleaning company, a professional linen company, professional handymen, and professional plumbers who are all on call to handle any needs that may arise including same day and after hours emergency services for any unlikely issues!
