WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

* WiFi internet is through Starlink.

* All six acres of the property are available for you to explore, but please stay out of the other small cabin and storage pod on the property. Those are currently being used to store our extra furniture and equipment.

Guests are welcome to use the entire cabin and outdoor space. The other small cabin and storage container on the property are off limits. The locked supply closet is also off limits.

**FYI, the second Monday of every month, our pest control technician comes out to the property to complete his regularly scheduled service. He is quick, will stay outside and out of your way, and in most cases, will be gone before anyone even realizes he was there.
