The Space:
Le Chill is a contemporary studio apartment at 67 Rue Raymond IV in central Toulouse, ideally placed between Gare Matabiau and the tree-lined banks of the Canal du Midi. The Jeanne d'Arc neighbourhood is a calm residential pocket just minutes from the main transport hub, making it a practical base for business travellers and visitors alike.

The studio covers approximately twenty square metres on the ground floor. The sleeping area features a comfortable 140 by 200 centimetre double bed. The kitchen is fitted with an induction hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a kettle and a complete set of crockery and utensils. The bathroom includes a glass shower cabin, a basin, a hairdryer and a toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The living space opens onto a small street-facing ledge where you can enjoy your morning coffee. High-speed Wi-Fi and a television make the apartment equally suitable for remote work or relaxation. Pets are welcome.

Guest Access:
You have exclusive use of the entire twenty-square-metre studio throughout your stay. The space is on the ground floor and includes the living and sleeping area, the kitchen, the bathroom and a small street-facing ledge.

Interaction with Guests:
Le Chill is managed by Keytoko.homes, a professional short-stay operator based in Toulouse. We ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am for the comfort of all residents. This property is registered with the City of Toulouse in accordance with current regulations. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Well-behaved pets are welcome.

The Neighborhood:
Le Chill sits in the Jeanne d'Arc quarter, a quiet residential neighbourhood east of the city centre. The Canal du Midi is roughly three hundred metres away, offering peaceful walks or runs along the towpath. Gare Matabiau, Toulouse's main railway station, is about a five-minute walk north. The Place du Capitole and the historic centre are approximately one and a half kilometres to the west, reachable in twenty minutes on foot or a few stops by métro. A selection of bakeries, restaurants and convenience shops line the surrounding streets within two hundred metres.

Getting Around:
Gare Matabiau is the closest major transport hub, roughly a five-minute walk from the apartment. From there you can catch TGV trains to Paris, Bordeaux and Barcelona, as well as regional services. The Marengo-SNCF métro station on line A is adjacent to the station, connecting you to Jean Jaurès in one stop and Capitole in two. Several bus routes pass along Rue Raymond IV and Boulevard de Strasbourg. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is accessible via the airport shuttle from Compans-Caffarelli, about twenty-five minutes in total. If you arrive by car, paid street parking and nearby car parks are available.
