Step inside and enter the central hallway, where the bedrooms branch off for easy access and privacy. To the left, the main suite features a queen bed, smart TV, and a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Across the hall, a bright bedroom with large windows and a smart TV offers a cozy retreat. Further down, the bunk room includes two twin beds on the bottom and one twin bed on the top - perfect for kids.

Across from the bunk room is a versatile bedroom with both a queen bed and a twin bed. Nearby, you’ll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and next to it, another spacious bedroom with a queen bed plus a twin bed.

At the end of the hall, the home opens to an inviting living room with a large smart TV, flowing into the modern kitchen and adjacent dining room with seating for eight. Step through the dining room to the patio and expansive private backyard, a perfect spot to relax, play, or enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Right behind the house is a separate building with your own private billiard room with an 8’ pool table, a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a shower (no tub), a sofa and TV.

- Please note, the main house has 2 bathrooms. The third bathroom is off the billiard room, which is in a separate building right behind the main house.

- There is room to park 6 cars in the driveway. If you have additional cars or a trailer/camper, please let us know so we can direct you where to park. The yard is mostly fenced, but it is open by the carport, so dogs would escape easily.

- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.

- Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance.

- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.

- We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know!
