People with children or mobility issues please note that this is a waterfront property and is bordered on one side by the Esopus Creek with a dock open to the water.

People do swim in the Creek, but be aware it is a natural waterway and can be fast flowing and very deep in places. All swimming and entering of the water is at your own risk.
