Whether you're here to shred the world-class Back 40 and Little Sugar trails (including the new bike lift area!), find waterfalls and caves, visit Crystal Bridges, or simply enjoy a quiet cove for fishing and kayaking, our modern loft is your perfect basecamp.

The Space
Our bright and airy loft is situated above a detached garage on a private 1.08-acre lakefront acreage. Large skylights let you wake up with the trees, and the open layout provides plenty of room to organize your gear for the day's journey.
• Sleeps 3: Features a comfortable Queen bed with under-bed storage and a loveseat that folds down into a bed.
• Kitchenette: Fully equipped for your stay with a refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, hot plate, and coffee bar.
• Recovery Zone: After a day of adventure, enjoy our private shoreline on our provided kayaks, or head to the infrared sauna to reset for tomorrow.

The Location
• Multi-use Trail Access: Located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy ride to the Mulligan or Pinion Creek connector for the Back 40 trail system.
• The Lake: Direct access to a private cove on Lake Brittney for swimming, kayaking, and fishing.
• NWA Attractions: A 15-minute drive to Bentonville Square, The Walmart Museum, and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.

Guest Amenities
• Golf courses, pickleball, other lake access, and more available with our guest pass.
• On-Site Support: We live part-time in the main house on the acreage and are available for local tips, though the loft remains your separate and private retreat.
