The Gathering Place features a coffe tea bar for our guest as they enjoy one another in this high vaulted ceiling space with a corner fire place, comfie big sofa recliner, open concept 4 seat bar area with our combo kitchen dinning area.

We designed a open concept 4th bedroom with comfie queen bed XL bunk twin over the queen and loads of cabinet space in case our guest host their family for the holidays.

Other things to note
If you wish to bring your 4 legged best friend we are canine friendly to non-aggressive breeds.

Clark County Ohio requires all dogs living and visiting our beautiful community be current on rabies vaccines.

Prior to arrival please send photo of up to date vaccination record from your Veternarian if your 4 legged fur baby is staying in our lake community.

Our private lake community does require all canines be on a leash when walking your love around the lake.

Our friendly canines enjoy island running free on our private island located across the walking bridge with a option to block off bridge.

Please send photo of each dog you wish pre approved with breed information and Rabies Vaccination Certificate.

Our cleaners are dog lovers too. The fur clean up as you may imagine at times becomes labor intensive. A $75.00 fee for 1st dog per stay will be charged at time of your reservation.

A $50.00 for 2nd dog may be necessary to maintain our cleaning standards depending upon breed.

14 days prior to stay please send up to date photo of Veternarian immunization records.

Fur Babies will not be permitted to stay on property if rabies, distemper, kennel cough vaccines are not current.
